SYNOPSIS
The poignant and tragic tale of the bohemian poet Napoleon Lapathiotis, who lived from 1888 to 1944. As a homosexual, drug addict, and communist, Lapathiotis, caused controversy in the society of Athens, especially within the social class from which he hailed. He was one of the most iconic figures of his era, not only due to the profound impact of his poems that bore the imprints of his life but also for the scandals he sparked.




Takis Spetsiotis (1954)
Some of his noteworthy films are “Meteor and Shadow” (1985) and “Crows” (1991). He is the author of the books “Hail Napoleon” (1999), “Deltion Taftotitos” (2003), and “Tachtsis - Den Ntrepomai” (2006). He has also worked as a director in theater and television.
