SYNOPSIS

At the age of thirty-five, historian Christos coincidentally meets a group of Albanian illegal immigrants. Their unique humor, optimism, and courage—displayed by Victor, Omer, and Fuad—captivate Christos, creating not only a spiritual but also an ideological transformation within him.

GIORGOS KORRAS (1948) & CHRISTOS VOUPOURAS (1954)

Korras was born in Derveni. He studied Greek History and Literature at the University of Athens; Cinema at Stavrakos School. He worked as a critic in various magazines and newspapers. Voupouras was born in Lesbos. He studied cinema in Athens. He published his short stories in 2014 under the names of “At the dead-end of Asomaton street” and “7 kinds of wrath”. The two directors continued their collaboration, which started with the world premier of “…lipotaktis” in Berlin, with “Mirupafshim” (1997). The duo also co-wrote a book named “Mirupafshim tha pei kali antamosi”.
